The quality policy of Jaguar

The quality policy of Jaguar, the Fresh Company B.V. (Jaguar TFC) aims to eliminate all possible risks with regard to food safety and also to guarantee the highest standards of food safety, public health and product quality. Our quality hallmark always strives to meet the standards of excellence expected by our customers.

Jaguar TFC has been certified for a number of years now by the BRC, IFS, QS and RIK and Jaguar TFC operates according to strict codes of practice, thus producing qualitatively high standards of products and good service.

Producers allowed to produce, package and market fruit and vegetables using the Jaguar label must comply with the minimum standards of GlobalGap (The World standard of Conduct for Good Agricultural Practices). We also insist that they guarantee food safety and Tracking and Tracing and that they comply with the statutory requirements applying in our industry. Jaguar TFC has regulations and procedures for accurately monitoring the quality control of the brand. The standard requirements for this are included in the ‘Jaguar International Quality Specifications’. This is a book of standards for a system of production management and quality developed by Jaguar TFC. The standards for packing and packaging are also included in these.

It is only in this way that the chain of quality can be guaranteed and that the eventual consumer can be sure that what they are buying is subject to the highest standards of food safety and is a high quality and healthy product. It is for this reason that TFC has invested heavily in the Integral Supply Chain and Quality Management. Our producers, who supply products of the highest possible quality, are accorded the credit and esteem warranted them by the Jaguar brand.
